Astrid Güldner (Greens) used the cost increase in the redesign of the Warmbad to get rid of something fundamental.
"I'm bothered by this lurching course of planning and rowing back," said the second mayor in the direction of Mayor Gerhard Braunmiller (CSU).
“I want a clear line.
What is the mayor's goal?”
The bathroom is extremely busy right now - "why shouldn't we add another season to it?
Then we'll save ourselves the messing around, because that's quite exhausting." Compared to our newspaper, Güldner was more specific about what bothers her: "I know from many colleagues on many issues in the city council where they stand and what their opinions are.
I don't know about the mayor.
But that is part of the managerial duties.”

Braunmiller picked up the glove thrown his way during the session.
"That with the clear line goes to me," he stated and said on the subject of the bathroom: "Such situations need flexibility." It was handled in a similar way with the Riviera, which due to the difficult financial situation of the city is not this year, but over three years is redesigned (we reported).
"Even in the bathroom you need flexibility to fit in."
Specifically, he was in favor of postponing the planned dispatch of the specifications as a preliminary to the award of the contract.
The city council should then decide on the specific course of action by September.
Construction is scheduled to start in 2023.
