Civil attorneys arrested the protest organizers against the yeshiva in the Pentateu • The protesters intended to arrive with an urgency in order to destroy the yeshiva • Swimming now: "This is a police operation not authorized"

Police are trying to prevent them from reaching the Pentateuch of Peace Activists now, ahead of a march planned to take place at noon.

Police officers from the Samaria area of the Shai District Police recently arrived at the train station in Rosh HaAyin and detained for questioning the driver of the truck that hired Peace Now for the purpose of transporting a bulldozer to the planned march in Chumash.

In addition, the police also detained for questioning Yishai Hadas from the Kreim Minister movement, as well as other activists.

The police informed the activists who were about to leave in an organized shuttle from Rosh HaAyin in the direction of Chumash that the driver was detained because the truck was about to commit an offense, due to a general order prohibiting Israelis from entering the area.

Peace Now has responded by saying: 'Police officers acting without authority are detaining law-abiding citizens for questioning for fabricated sections on offenses that exist in their imagination.

Instead of evacuating the violent gang of criminals from Chumash, the government, the army and the police guard it from all guards and waterfalls.

A day when the state protects criminals from breaking the law and abuses law-abiding citizens is a sad day for the State of Israel and its democracy.

"These terrible days, in which a small, messianic and violent gang is holding the Israeli government hostage, must end."

As you may recall, the Peace Now movement announced this week that they would march to the Chumash outpost on Saturday and dismantle it, and announced that they had hired a bulldozer for that purpose.

It will be recalled that the state is supposed to submit today its response to the petition in the High Court of Palestinians of the area's residents and the Yesh Din movement who demand that they be allowed to come and cultivate their private lands in the Chumash outpost.

The state is expected to announce that it will evacuate the outpost but without committing to a deadline.

On Thursday, the army informed Peace Now that the march would not be secured and that it was illegal due to the disengagement law.

In response, representatives of the organization wrote to the army yesterday: "We were shocked to read that our march is illegal on the basis of the Disengagement Law, while a violent gang of criminals is sitting in this very place, trampling on the law and gaining your security.

The organization's response read: "Moreover, but a month ago, on April 19, thousands of settlers marched to the place, under your safety, and we do not imagine that the army will discriminate between publics and choose a side in the Israeli political debate. "We will hold the march as planned and at the end we will dismantle the illegal outpost. We demand that you direct the forces on the ground to secure the march and prevent any possibility of settler violence."

Yesterday, a few hours before Shabbat began, hundreds of settlers and right-wing activists began marching toward Chumash.

The Palestinians reported clashes with the settlers, while security forces arrived at the outpost and confiscated the equipment the settlers had brought with them for Shabbat.

This morning, during the preliminary tour that peace activists were now trying to carry out at Chumash, they were stopped on the way and presented with a flattening order signed by the Samaria Needle, which forbids them from reaching the Hamod area from five points.
