This is a failure that could have had dramatic consequences.

According to the Down Detector site, the outages concerned Internet boxes, mobile Internet and calls.
Some users of the site even spoke of a “total blackout”, while incidents were reported in the areas of Nice, Toulon or Marseille.
On Twitter, several of the operator's followers reported the outage.
