The director of manufacturing in the plant, Engineer Abdul Majeed Hussein, pointed out the need to support the plant with fuel and an electrical line exempt from rationing to ensure the continuity of work and production over the course of 24 hours, while working on discharging the entire production to the local market.

The director of the bacon, Ahmed Al-Hassan, indicated that after securing the fuel needed to operate the plant, he returned to production again, after the entire daily production of milk during the last period was shipped to the Homs dairy and cheese plant as a result of the Jeb Ramleh plant being closed.

Operating the Jeb Ramla plant at its full production capacity needs to secure a market for the products, according to Al-Hassan, considering that the validity of this type of products is limited, and their cooling and storage requires the fuel needed to operate the cooling devices. kilograms.
