The Hong Kong Jockey Club Apprentice Jockey School celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The Horse Racing Training and Development Committee has been renamed the Horse Racing Talent Training Centre, which includes two schools, namely the Apprentice Jockey School and the Horse Racing Talent School.
The Jockey Club today (29th) held a plaque unveiling ceremony for the Apprentice Jockey School of the Horse Racing Talent Training Centre.

The Jockey Club stated that the Apprentice Jockey School provides riding training, while the Horse Racing Talent School provides specialized skills training for non-riding stable staff such as stable assistants, nailers and other staff.
