About a month ago, the cancellations of flights on El Al began, following disagreements between the pilots and the management.
A few days after several flights were canceled the company returned to normal work, but not for long.
About two weeks later, El Al was forced to cancel more flights, again for the same reason - the dispute between the pilots and the management.
At the same time, the company's participation in the Independence Day flight was canceled, due to a dispute between the company's employees.

There are now announcements of further cancellations.
Passengers to Zurich and Vienna received cancellation notices shortly before, a few hours before departure.
As in previous cases, notices of flight cancellations arrive relatively shortly before takeoff.
El Al is working to find alternatives for passengers.
In previous times, flights to Poland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the United States and other countries have been canceled.
It is currently unclear whether the cancellations of the company's flights will continue beyond the two flights canceled today, to Zurich and Vienna.
A lawsuit has already been filed
As you may recall, about three weeks ago, a class action lawsuit was filed against El Al because of the cancellations of the flights.
A resident of Givatayim received a text message from El Al on the day of his flight from Berlin to Israel, informing him that the flight had been canceled.
The cancellation notice did not say why the flight was canceled, except for the code name "Operational Circumstances", but according to the passenger, the news sites stated that El Al pilots had gone on strike.
