The former marine commando, in pre-trial detention since April 1, appears with four other people: Romain Bouvier, also indicted and imprisoned for the assassination of the rugby player, Logan Djian, who succeeded the victim at the head of the Gud, and two other young men around them.
Aged 25 to 32, they are prosecuted for aggravated violence in a meeting, with the threat of a weapon and premeditation.
Some, repeat offenders, face ten years in prison.
The file arrives before the criminal court after three referrals.

They will be arrested four days later, the first in Hungary and the second in Sarthe.
