After he is said to have killed his girlfriend, an 18-year-old jumped to his death from the pedestrian suspension bridge near Reutte.

Reutte - His girlfriend is said to have killed an 18-year-old in Reutte on Monday evening.
According to the police, he stabbed his girlfriend with a knife and then fell off the "highline 179" suspension bridge.
According to the current state of knowledge of the police, the 18-year-old German drove to Reutte with his 17-year-old girlfriend from Austria late Monday afternoon.
In the parking lot of the "highline 179" pedestrian suspension bridge, he is said to have stabbed her several times with a knife in his car, injuring her chest.
He is said to have thrown himself off the suspension bridge with suicidal intent.
The alleged murder weapon, a jackknife, was seized by the police at the crime scene.
The motive for this act and the circumstances are still under investigation.
The bodies are to be autopsied on Tuesday.
A passer-by reported the young man's suicide to the police on Monday evening.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found the young woman's body in the car.
