Terrible crime in Munich: 76-year-old senior woman brutally raped - perpetrators lured her out of her house

Bad allegations against a 35-year-old electromechanic: He is said to have ambushed an elderly woman from Munich in her house in Laim and brutally raped her there.

Now he has been put on trial - a crucial detail should now clarify the criminal case.

Munich – He slouches in the dock with a Prada down vest and twists the corners of his mouth.

"It wasn't me," says Malick M. (35) and pretends that this case has nothing to do with him.

But the allegations against the Senegalese are fierce: According to the public prosecutor's office, he is said to have brutally raped an elderly woman in the Munich district of Laim.

The terrible act happened on November 16, 2021.

At that time, the 76-year-old had briefly left her house on Geyersperger Strasse when she heard noises outside at around 2.30 a.m.

When he looked, he didn't notice anything in the darkness that had caused the noise.

But when she wanted to go back in, the elderly woman was suddenly attacked violently - a man had approached from behind, who hit the elderly woman on the head with his fists and dragged her into the bedroom.

There the 76-year-old was pushed to the ground and then brutally raped.

According to the indictment, the defendant had insidiously set a trap for the elderly woman to get into her house.

The elderly woman initially put up strong resistance to him, but in the end the 76-year-old was unable to defend herself against her tormentor.

The police were only able to arrest a suspect on December 21, 2021: Malick M. (35).

The electromechanic was caught by the investigators through a DNA comparison, and his traces were found everywhere at the crime scene.

Thanks to the technology, the process could be done, which judge Markus Koppenleitner will lead until June 10 at the district court.

But yesterday's hearing was sluggish.

Because Malick M. denies the fact – although there is solid evidence against him.

The elderly woman will now appear in court on June 8th and will have to describe the horror again.

She has already been questioned several times and raises serious allegations against the accused man.

He now faces several years in prison.

Two more trial days are scheduled until June 10th.
