The latest and most spacious Avant-Comptoir d'Yves Camdeborde, nestled in the Saint-Germain market since 2016, remains one of our favorite spots for a gourmet break, at any time of the day.
On the counter under a red flying pig or on one of the many high tables arranged under the arcades, you can sip natural wines presented in large refrigerated cabinets, accompanied, according to your appetite, by a very wide choice of tapas. : demonic country ham croquettes;
charcuterie from Éric Ospital;
grilled padron peppers;
fricassee of duck hearts;
squid, chorizo, black sesame and pomegranate vinegar;
and even prime rib to share!
