The jury recommended that private clinics, especially paediatric clinics, need to have equipment to monitor vital indexes, such as blood oxygenation machines and blood pressure machines.
The deceased, Chen Jiayi, went to the private clinic of Pediatrician Liang Yinji for medical treatment due to shortness of breath on December 16, 2016.
