A 30-year-old man was killed in a parachute crash near Beit Shemesh
The man crashed with a motorized paraglider in an open area west of Wasp Park.
MDA medics and paramedics were called to the scene and determined his death after medical tests. The police opened an investigation into the accident. Minutes before he was killed, documented in Beit Shemesh.

A 30-year-old man was killed this evening (Wednesday) when he crashed with a motorized paraglider in an open area west of Tzora Park, near Beit Shemesh.
MDA medics and paramedics were called to the scene and after medical examinations were forced to determine his death. Mateh Yehuda police officers also arrived at the scene and began investigating the accident, collecting findings and evidence. Minutes before he was killed, the paratrooper was recorded in Beit Shemesh.

In February, a paratrooper in his 50s was moderately injured after crashing into a cliff in Netanya.
The previous death from a parachute crash occurred in July, when a 67-year-old man was killed in a paragliding crash near the Kadouri school in the Lower Galilee.
The MDA team located him unconscious near Mount Tabor and performed resuscitation operations on him, which ultimately determined his death.
