The prize, amounting to nine thousand euros, will be awarded through a competition, aimed at theses that address the issues of immigration and the right of asylum, inspired by both Simona's studies and her professional career and political and social militancy.
The theme chosen for this year is the lacriminalization of solidarity and rights.
In this first edition it will be conferred by an Evaluation Commission composed of the Scientific Committee with the support of the Promoting Committee of the Award.
