Airport ranking: These are the criteria
Airhelp's ranking included three factors:
punctuality, service quality, food and shops
.
If a flight takes off or lands within 15 minutes of its scheduled arrival or departure time, full points are awarded.
Punctuality accounts for 60 percent of the overall rating.
Airhelp is very precise: The company specializes in compensation management - for example in the case of flight delays - and can therefore draw on a large database of flight times to determine the punctuality of the airports.
The quality of service as well as food and shops each account for 20 percent of the final score.
The quality of service includes cleanliness at the airport, the friendliness of customer service and the waiting time in security.
The reviews come directly from the customers.
Thousands of travelers were able to give their verdict on a scale of 1 to 5.
