The nine-euro ticket is likely to cause a real rush of visitors to German train stations.

The train station baker Yorma's has therefore come up with something special for its employees.

Plattling - The federal government's relief package is intended to take a little financial burden off the shoulders of all citizens.

In addition, since June 1 there has been a nine-euro ticket for local public transport and a fuel discount of 30 cents for petrol and 17 cents for diesel.

But high inflation isn't making up for that either.

Therefore, many would like a wage increase or a supplement from the employer to compensate for the increased prices.

Nine-euro ticket: the station baker pays a bonus because of the rush of customers

The train station bakery chain Yorma's has now fulfilled exactly this wish of its employees.

Normally, special offers for baked goods, coffee and co. are emblazoned on the large display boards in the branches. But on June 1st, it read: “Each of our valued employees receives a bonus of nine euros a day in addition to their wages.”

In fact, the nine euro bonus is also related to the nine euro ticket.

"To kick off this rush, we thought of something very special for our colleagues: nine euros a day in addition to their wages - as a small compensation for the stress of the coming weeks," explains Yorma's when asked about

Yorma's: Temporary workers and mini-jobbers also receive rewards

All employees receive the subsidy for every day they work.

Only mini-jobbers and temporary workers do not receive the nine euros.

But this group did not go away empty-handed either, according to Yorma's they were rewarded with a voucher.

The premium is expected to cost the company 600,000 euros over the next three months.

But that seems like money well spent.

Because the campaign is not only well received by the employees.

On Facebook, customers are also enthusiastic about it.

Under the post announcing the bonus, there are numerous comments such as "Great action" or "Strong, that's how you can motivate your employees".
