Since the beginning of the vaccine outline in the country against the corona virus, Elrai-Price has been under attack by vaccine opponents.
For many months, demonstrations have been taking place in front of her home.
Against Sadi Ben Sheetrit, a well-known activist against the vaccines, a restraining order was even issued from her home.
Last month, 1,400 doctors signed a letter calling for "an aggressive hand against those who harass and threaten the well-being of Dr. Elrai Price and the well-being of her family."
"Recently, there has been a campaign of harassment, accompanied by harassment and violence against Dr. Elrai Price and her family," they claimed.
"Despite the difficult events, and despite the court ruling, there is an impression that there is a forgiving attitude on the part of the law enforcement authorities towards those who deal with the threat and harassment of a public employee and her family."
The letter was sent to Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, to Minister of Internal Security Amar Bar-Lev, to the chairman of the Israel Medical Association, Prof. Hagai Zion, to Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz and to the director general of the Ministry of Health, Prof. Nachman Ash.
