Rescue Direct Attack | Sai Wan Iron Rider Injured and Trapped Under the Taxi Car

At about 9 am today (2nd), a motorcycle, a minibus and a taxi collided at the junction of Bonham Road and Western Street in Sai Wan.

An iron knight was injured and fell to the ground and his body was crushed by a taxi. If not rescued in time, his life may be endangered.

At a critical juncture, several members of the public volunteered to help the helper lift the car.

However, the taxi body was quite heavy, and several citizens could only lift the body a little. Fortunately, about 20 citizens joined the car-lifting ranks one after another, and finally lifted the taxi up and rescued the trapped iron knight.

This group of Hong Kong people, including men and women, mostly do not know each other, but at the same time, they are united to save people. The relevant pictures were photographed by passers-by with their mobile phones and posted online, and they have been liked by a large number of netizens.

Sources at the scene indicated that when the involved minibus, motorcycle and taxi drove to the position opposite West Street, the taxi involved and another taxi were suspected of crawling over their heads and competing for a seat. Bicycle, taxi and then shoveled pedestrian crossing and crashed the road sign, the front windshield burst.

The motorcycle iron knight fell to the ground with his car and was injured. The iron knight was once trapped in the front of the taxi, but fortunately, enthusiastic passers-by lifted the car and rescued him without serious injury.

Another female passenger of the taxi was injured in the incident, and the two injured were taken to hospital by ambulance.

After the incident, the drivers of the minibus and taxi involved were present at the scene to assist in the investigation, while the other taxi involved in the "race for seats" fled without a trace.

Police are investigating the case.
