The most anticipated moment of the season has finally arrived: this Thursday the 2022 NBA finals begin. The Warriors, compared to the Celtics, do not have a history with so many titles: while those from Boston have accumulated 17 NBA titles (the top winners together with the Los Angeles Lakers), those from Golden State have 5 championships.

However, the history of the franchise marks a much brighter present than that of the Celtics.

Since the arrival of Stephen Curry in the 2009-2010 season, the Warriors have reached five NBA finals, of which they have won three.

Led by coach Steve Kerr (who as a player was a three-time champion with Michael Jordan's Bulls and twice with the Spurs), the Warriors have been the most dominant team in recent years with a string of finals against two teams from LeBron James, the Cavs and the Heat.
