Summary.
In March 2018, Laure Delaubert consulted her doctor.
The diagnosis is clear: burn-out.
A state of burnout so intense that the whole body of this 30-something executive in a marketing agency is giving out.
Consequence of an absolutely insurmountable work overload.
His superiors did not take his pleas for help seriously.
She cracks.
After more than 15 years of career where the desire to do well has taken precedence over everything else, Laure sinks into a serious depression.
This resident of Roumois (Eure) took three years to rebuild, thanks to psychiatric follow-up which helped her get out of burnout and resume a professional activity.
This year, at the age of 41, she has just published “À bout de force” (City Éditions), a testimonial book to raise awareness on the issue of ill-being at work.
Laure Delaubert recounts her fight against burnout at the microphone of Ambre Rosala.
