He's totally opened up," Cameron Diaz observes, admitting, however, to being well aware of the signs of the passage of time: "I want to feel young, of course - we all look in the mirror from time to time and say, "Oh, that's different".

And I'm not opposed to all the procedures [of medicine and cosmetic surgery] that people want to do,” she says.

I want to be strong and healthy, have flexibility and resilience in my body so I can do the things I want to do.

On the other hand, the one who left the film industry almost a decade ago does not want to give in to the injunctions of beauty: “As women in our society, we are under so much pressure to be highly sexualized, thinking that we must be sexually desired at all times.

I'm here to say I'm past that: I don't care!

I want to be strong and healthy, to have flexibility and resilience in my body to be able to do the things I want to do,” says the actress.

A “positive age” speech more and more widespread by her colleagues, such as Jennifer Garner, Jane Fonda or Jamie Lee Curtis.
