Russian army destroys dozens of Ukrainian military targets

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its armed forces had destroyed dozens of Ukrainian military targets, including command headquarters, air defense systems and weapons depots, during the past 24 hours.

Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said in a press briefing today that with the use of high-precision air missiles, 21 assembly areas of Ukrainian forces and military equipment were destroyed.

He stated that the tactical operational aviation and Russian drones targeted 37 manpower mobilization sites and combat equipment, neutralizing 360 Nazis and disabling 49 pieces of weapons and combat equipment, including a radar station for the detection and control of airspace in the Donetsk People's Republic.

Konashenkov indicated that 13 tanks and other infantry fighting vehicles, an "USA AKM" air defense system, two mortar batteries, two "Grad" rocket launchers, 8 artillery positions, 26 special military vehicles and 4 warehouses for missile artillery weapons were also destroyed in the town of Bakhmut. In the towns of Solidar, Dzerzhinsk, Yakovlevka and Bakhmut.

According to Konashenkov, the Russian air defense forces shot down 3 marches in the Donetsk Republic and the Kharkov province, and 3 rocket-propelled grenades were intercepted by Grad rocket launchers.

Konashenkov indicated that the missile and artillery forces destroyed 26 command headquarters, 122 artillery and mortar batteries, 537 manpower and combat equipment mobilization sites, and 5 ammunition depots.

According to Konashenkov, since the start of the special operation, 186 aircraft, 129 helicopters and 1,087 drones have been shot down, 328 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3,386 tanks and other armored vehicles, 462 rocket launchers, 1,760 field guns and mortars, as well as 3,376 special military vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

On the other hand, Konashenkov said: The Kyiv regime is preparing with financial support from Britain to shoot fabricated videos to raise the morale of Ukrainian and Western viewers, against the background of the political disaster that this regime has suffered in Kyiv and Mariupol and the military in Donbass.

He explained that it is planned to film fabricated scenes on the 5th and 6th of this June, which include false testimonies from simple Ukrainians accusing Russia of deliberately bombing population centers.
