Our Love Makes Art... The title of the concert, which was held by the Art Star Group for Performing Arts, led by Maestro Nazih Asaad, at a cultural theater in Kafr Sousa, Damascus.
The ceremony was marked by the participation of a room choir with the voice of children of different ages who possessed talent and worked hard to refine it. It began with Hilalia and Lulu for the orchestra, followed by the sound room choir led by Maestro Marina Bohaichuk and performed by a number of operatic voices.
After that, a group of musical instrumentals were presented to conclude the ceremony with some of the songs of the heritage of the Syrian island, with the voice of the artist Riber Wahid, in addition to many of his songs, with which the audience interacted with great enthusiasm.
In a statement to SANA, Maestro Asaad explained that the concert was a collection of talents of children and young adults, with the participation of some of the teachers of the Art Star Center for Performing Arts, to hone their talent in practical life, in addition to the theoretical study they received as an experience that included a variety of classical and oriental musical pieces.
Maestro Asaad was keen to add collective singing paragraphs for the children to get used to the harmonious work, in addition to trying to create a kind of identification and harmony between the children in order to share the experience, explaining that the concert was a launch for other broader and more comprehensive activities at the level of performance and musical pieces.
Asaad pointed out that the children were chosen on the basis of their passion to stand on the stage, adding: The aim of the event is to spread love, especially the love of art and music.
In turn, the artist Waheed stated in a similar statement that the reason for his absence from the artistic scene is due to an accident he was exposed to, in addition to focusing his attention on humanitarian matters, which is represented by his being the ambassador of children.
And about his participation in today's ceremony, he said: It is an honor for me to participate in a party that includes the children of my country and its audience is a gourmet, stressing the need to take care of the children's taste and develop them on music, musical note and art.
