A hidden garden, laid out by the gardener Xavier de Chirac, with a pergola, a gazebo, amphorae, and tables designed by Laura Gonzalez… The dream!

You can access this enchanting setting from 7 p.m. to have a drink or savor the specialties of chef Julien Dumas: white asparagus a la plancha, marinated sardines ceviche style, suckling pig... A treat from all points of view.

Main course from €35.

Hidden,

Café Aristide

At Mr. Aristide Benoit Linero

Monsieur Aristide has a secret.

This hotel conceals, in fact, terraces on several levels.

Between the vines and the plants, we let time stretch.

We have a drink with friends.

We finally order hummus and eggplant caviar.

And why not dine there on roasted cauliflower with lemon, capers and tabbouleh?

The evening progresses and a Mediterranean Mojito with oregano is a must.

Mezzes from €5.

In weightlessness,

the garden of Cheval Blanc Paris

The Garden of Cheval Blanc Paris Cécile & Guillaume

Trees, flowers and, on the horizon, the Eiffel Tower… The Jardin de Cheval Blanc Paris stretches over 650 square meters, and invites you to savor the pleasures of the season.

Chefs Arnaud Donckele and William Béquin and pastry chef Maxime Frédéric have designed a menu around tomatoes and strawberries.

We succumb, for example, to a tomato French toast and its Green Zebra sorbet, and to a floating island with wild strawberries and orange blossom.

A taste of vacation.

Main course from €35.

Friendly,

Beautiful Plants

Les Belles Plantes are aptly named with their terrace lined with shrubs overlooking the Jardin des Plantes.

People come here to recharge their batteries under the reeds around a mezze platter (with falafels, zucchini caviar, beetroot hummus, stracciatella and focaccia) and a red fruit pavlova.

A delicious break.

Mezze board, €17.

Exotic,

Andia

To explore a jungle that unfolds in an old train station, head for Andia and its lush terrace.

The abundant vegetation sets the tone of the menu, which gives pride of place to Andean cuisine.

As a starter, we do not miss the Guacamole de la casa.

We continue with a Ceviche clásico or an Antichucho pollo, chicken skewers marinated in mojo picón, garlic sauce and slightly spicy pepper.

Starters from €10, main course from €19.

Enchanter,

Fabula

Fabula, at the Carnavalet Museum Press service

The garden of the Carnavalet Museum welcomes Fabula, ephemeral restaurant of chef Thibaut Spiwack – candidate for Top Chef 2022. Between the box trees, the flowers, the walls covered with ivy, we dine on artichokes twisted by a blackcurrant-mint condiment, and on a beef gravlax, served in the dim light of helium-filled moons that float poetically above this setting.

Appetizers from €12, mains from €19.
