Her husband, Mia, found the cat in 2018 in a field behind her California home - when she was just three weeks old.
She immediately adopted her and the two became inseparable.
Over the years she has noticed that her eyes are getting bigger, as well as her feet - which does not allow her to walk properly.
Mia realized very quickly that she has the cutest cat in the world and started posting pictures and videos of her on social media.

Jinx is the first cat to serve as mayor of Hell, but she joins a long line of feline mayors around the world - including Stubbs, a cat who was mayor of Talkita in Alaska from 1998 until his death in 2017.
