The Chief Executive Officer of the Jockey Club, Mr Ying Kapak, said that the Apprentice Jockey School not only nurtures world-class jockeys, but also trains talents who have made significant contributions to Hong Kong horse racing, including trainers, assistant trainers, stable foreman and other people in various positions. .

He pointed out that after the signing of the memorandum, it is equivalent to taking another important step to establish a horse racing talent training center, which will play an important role not only in Hong Kong but also in the Greater Bay Area, and is committed to developing the country's horse industry in the mainland.
