A supervised sex offender refused to identify himself and attacked a police officer and a supervisor on a street in Bnei Brak

A municipal police team spotted a man, a 34-year-old Bnei Brak resident, while behaving suspiciously on a main street in the city.

When they approached him and asked for his identity, he attacked the policeman in his face and the inspector in his hand.

The man was arrested and brought to the police station for further investigation, the two were evacuated for medical treatment

A 34-year-old sex offender from Bnei Brak today (Monday) attacked a police officer and an inspector in the city, while they were trying to arrest him.

The municipal police team noticed a man today while behaving suspiciously on Jerusalem Street in Bnei Brak.

When they approached him and asked for his identity, he refused to identify himself and attacked the policeman in his face and the inspector in his hand.

The man was arrested, and an examination revealed that he was a sex supervisor.

In the documentation of the incident, the police officers are seen using violence on the man for long minutes, with the aim of arresting him.

The Tire Unit of the Prisons Service, which is responsible for monitoring and auditing supervised sex offenders, has been rushed to the scene.

The suspect was transferred to the Bnei Brak station for further investigation, the police officer and the inspector were evacuated for medical treatment.
