A 68-year-old from Netanya was arrested on suspicion of killing his dog

Following reports of animal abuse, police officers arrived at the apartment in Netanya where the suspect lives, where they found the dog lifeless.

The suspect was taken in for questioning and the court extended his detention until tomorrow

A 68-year-old Netanya resident was arrested last night (Tuesday) on suspicion of killing his dog.

Police arrived at the suspect's apartment, following reports of animal abuse.

When they arrived at the house, police found the dog lifeless.

The man was taken for questioning and the court in Petah Tikva extended his detention until tomorrow.
