Kùkù, travel restaurant, from Capri to Mykonos

GASTRONOMIC CRITICISM - We find here a little of this carelessness of the tables 1970-1980, where we did not go out to the restaurant to take ourselves seriously.

This is certainly a change from this mania for petty house names where the leaders in position enjoy the abstruse but, after having already come across, at the bend of the 17th, the N’importe nawak of a very liberated Prout Prout, this other one is also quite entertaining in its cheeky kind.

One can easily imagine (although) the coquetry of the two "k"s and the accents on the two "u"s of the sign to cushion the effect but - the truth sometimes coming out of the mouths of customers - do not be surprised at the next table, that afternoon, two very amused white-collar workers winnowing to the tune of

"honey, I've booked at Kùkù."

A Kùkù who perhaps even has the merit of cultivating the desire to laugh about it rather than the spirit of boredom by adding to his damn marital status the double level of a decor assuming not to hide.
