Surviving teacher of the Uvalde attack says there is no excuse for the delay in police action

"There is no excuse for the delay of the police in breaking into the classroom and stopping the attacker."

Those are the words of Arnulfo Reyes, a teacher who was injured and survived the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

Reyes, who lost 11 students in the massacre, spoke visibly affected by the ABC network.
