It is 8:30 that morning when this health professional makes her rounds to distribute the prisoners' medicines.
The 30-year-old is accompanied by a supervisor and the two women suddenly hear cries and heavy knocks on a door.
They approach the cell of Rachid, 35, a man who has been incarcerated since last July after committing a murder.
“This prisoner is followed for psychiatric care and he is very aggressive, explains the victim.
A fortnight ago, he was in the disciplinary unit.
And in March, he announced that there are bullets that get lost by addressing the nursing staff.

“I hit him with my medicine basket”
The two women wait and there is silence for a few minutes.
The guard opens the door two centimeters to speak with the prisoner.
The inmate pushes her away and jumps on the nurse, armed with a razor blade.
“I felt a scratch on my neck and the supervisor intervened.
He tried to attack her.
I hit him on the shoulder with my medicine basket yelling at him to stop.
And he calmed down before asking me what I was waiting for to give him his treatment, ”she adds.

They subdue the aggressor and place him in disciplinary quarters.
The victim who suffers from two wounds of five and eight centimeters makes a point of compression.

His colleagues give him eight stitches.
This woman who has worked for three years at the remand center has filed a complaint and the Nanterre prosecutor's office has opened an investigation for violence with a weapon against her attacker.
