A young man died on Wednesday June 8 after being hit by a motorcycle during an urban rodeo in Rennes on Sunday, we learned from the prosecution.

I confirm the death (Wednesday) afternoon of the victim who was hit by the motorcycle
," Rennes public prosecutor Philippe Astruc told AFP, confirming information from France Bleu Armorique.
According to the radio, the young man, aged 19, died of his injuries.
The young man was mowed late Sunday afternoon during an urban rodeo in the Beaulieu district of Rennes, according to the local press.
According to the Rennes prosecutor, "
the driver, still hospitalized, had been placed in police custody (Tuesday) evening
".
But his police custody "
had to be lifted

longer compatible with his state of health
", the magistrate told AFP.
