The Special Representative of the Russian President for the Middle East and African Countries, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, discussed with the Syrian Ambassador in Moscow, Dr. Riad Haddad, the situation in Syria.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the two sides discussed the situation in Syria and its environs, focusing on issues related to resolving the crisis in it.
The statement added: The two sides discussed some practical issues to further enhance the multifaceted Syrian-Russian cooperation.
