The president of Ecuador, Guillermo Lasso, spoke with Fernando del Rincón about the evident security crisis that his country has been facing in recent months.
Lasso assured that the problem lies in drug trafficking and announced that he will ask Biden for an "Ecuador Plan", equivalent to what the United States did with Colombia in the past.
