Lugansk authorities asserted that the Ukrainian Nazis were using a scorched-earth policy in Donbass by burning forests and destroying residential areas as they retreated.
"Ukrainian Nazis use a scorched-earth policy during their retreat like their ideological predecessors, and not only bomb towns and forests either," Russia Today quoted the Luhansk authorities as saying, noting that environmental crimes by the Kyiv armed forces had become common.
The authorities added: It is difficult to assess the damage that the militants of Ukraine inflicted on the ecosystem of the region, as they are turning Donbass lands to ashes unfit for human life.
