A young man was expelled from an event within the framework of the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles after interrupting the OAS Secretary General, Luis Almagro.
The individual accused Almagro of having his hands stained with the blood of the dozens of people who died in Bolivia in 2019, during the political crisis that meant the end of the government of former President Evo Morales.
