A trough of low pressure is bringing showers and thunderstorms to the coast of Guangdong.
At the same time, the thunderstorm area along the western coast of Guangdong is gradually moving towards the Pearl River Estuary.

The Transport Department stated that due to urgent maintenance of water pipes, the centre line of Ma Tau Chung Road (towards Hung Hom) near Ma Tau Kok Road has been closed, and motorists can only use the remaining traffic lanes.
Due to the landslide, the entire line of Pak Tam Road (to and from) near Pak Tam Au is still closed, and the affected bus route KMB Route 94 has to be diverted.
