The "Discounted Apartment" lottery will go out for the second round, with thousands of additional discounted housing units for young couples and the homeless, who will be drawn across the country.

Registration for the lottery will open on Sunday, July 3, registration for the second lottery will open, with about 5,000 housing units in localities throughout the country, including Eilat;

Ashdod;

Beit Shemesh;

Dir Hanna;

Haifa;

Jerusalem;

Nazareth;

Zefat;

Araba;

Ramat Gan;

Rosh HaAyin;

And Sderot.



The lottery is the second beat in the "Discounted Apartment" program, during which 30,000 discounted housing units will be raffled off as part of various affordable housing programs.

In the first lottery of the program, which took place in April, 10,053 households out of 120,000 registrants won.

From the end of the registration for the first lottery until today, about 11,000 new eligible people have joined the discount.



The Minister of Construction and Housing, Zeev Elkin, said that "we continue to do everything to enable young couples to purchase an apartment at a significant discount. We work around the clock to increase this number and work simultaneously with the authorities and the government to address young couples."

In order to register for the "discounted apartment" lotteries, an eligibility certificate must be issued.

The certificate can be issued online through the program website.

Those who can not register online can register digitally remotely via online forms on the companies' websites or through the Alonim * 2850, Milgam * 6078, Amidar * 6266 service centers.



The cost of issuing a certificate of eligibility for "discounted apartment" programs is NIS 240.

The issuance procedure lasts up to ten days and the approval is valid for one year.

If the eligibility certificate is valid there is no need to issue again.

The option to issue an eligibility certificate will be open until July 7;

It will then not be possible to issue certificates until registration for the lottery closes.
