Director of Russian Foreign Intelligence Sergey Naryshkin revealed that Poland is trying to control key state functions and institutions in Ukraine.
Russia Today website quoted Naryshkin as telling reporters, "Warsaw is actively defending the regime of Vladimir Zelensky and is working to transfer effective control over the most important functions and state institutions to it... At the moment, it is publishing, with the approval of Kyiv, in its territory the reserve center for processing data of the State Tax Service of Ukraine." .
He pointed out that “the main tasks of installing the center’s equipment on Polish territory are carried out by the company (Celtech), cooperating with local intelligence, and the methodological support and support for the ongoing process is provided by representatives of American digital giants such as (Dell) and (IBM).
Naryshkin stressed that "Kyiv deliberately opened for Poles and Americans access to information of national importance, including information about taxpayers and the real financial situation of Ukraine," noting that "in the field of free business, such a transaction can be classified as mergers and acquisitions."
Naryshkin considered that “the state is not a private company, and in this case we see that the Kyiv regime has already agreed to annex Ukraine to Poland and voluntarily cede state sovereignty to it.”
