Today, the People's Assembly held its fifteenth session of the sixth regular session of the third legislative session, headed by Hammouda Sabbagh, Speaker of the Assembly.

The Chairman of the Council pointed out that the founding leader opened wide horizons for the Syrian people, and Syria has become a difficult figure and a pivotal player influencing various Arab, regional and international arenas that cannot be bypassed, indicating that the commemoration of the departure of the founding leader is a sincere expression of continuing full commitment to his school and absolute belief in the correctness of his approach, which he established Its pillars were laid by President Bashar al-Assad, leader of the process of development, modernization, steadfastness, and reconstruction and reconstruction in Syria.
Sabbagh saluted the spirit of the founding leader and the souls of the nation's martyrs, once again renewing the pledge of loyalty to President Bashar al-Assad, and saluted the men of our armed forces, the fence of the nation and its impregnable fortress.
In their interventions, a number of council members affirmed that the founding leader was a nationalist and Arabist who built modern Syria, preserved its sovereignty and independent decision, made it a prominent place among countries, established an ideological army, and brought about an agricultural and industrial revolution that made Syria self-sufficiency, unparalleled among the countries of the world.
