Little Bercy, director of Tully's nursery, pleaded guilty to the offenses as part of a plea bargain • Her parents shouted at her: "Rotten in jail"

Little Bercy, the director of the "Tully's Nursery" daycare center in Ramla, who was nicknamed the "Horror Nursery", was convicted today (Thursday) of assaulting a minor and violating the duty to report.

The prosecution wants to sentence her to two years in prison.

Bersi was convicted in the Magistrate's Court in Petah Tikva as part of a plea deal.

The original indictment was filed in the Lod District Court, where she was charged with serious offenses of assaulting a minor by a person responsible for causing actual injury, mere assault, solicitation for assault and more.

In the plea deal, Bercy was convicted of lesser offenses.

The plaintiff in the case said in the Bersi case: "The parties reached a plea agreement whereby the defendant will plead guilty and be convicted in an amended indictment. There is no settlement regarding the sentence. The accused will petition for two years' actual imprisonment, probation and compensation for minors.

Bercy pleaded guilty and Judge Eliana Danieli convicted her of the offenses.

The judge sent her for the probation service review and once the review is received she will be sentenced.

As Bersi left the hall, several mothers of children in kindergarten shouted at her, who came to the discussion: "Hide," "We are waiting for you in Neve Tirza," "Rotten in prison," "Come to prison."

At the hearing, a plea agreement was also presented and approved regarding the kindergarten assistant - Claudine Meir.

As part of the plea agreement, Meir will want a sentence of four months of community service.
