Despite a 7,000 euro fine imposed on him by the Labor Inspectorate, the owner of a clothing store in Asiago (Vicenza) has returned to post an advertisement in the window offering work to "eighteen-year-old shop assistants free from family commitments".

Dal Sasso had been fined by the Inspectorate for violating Article 27 of the Code of Equal Opportunities, which prohibits "any discrimination with regard to access to work, in subordinate, autonomous or in any other form, including the criteria of selection and conditions of employment ".
