Heavy losses in the Ukraine war: "They die like flies"

Both warring parties are suffering heavy losses in the Ukraine conflict.
Despite the sparse data situation, there are assessments from on site.
Kyiv/Syeverodonetsk – Soldiers are dying every day in the Ukraine war, on both sides.
Fighting between the Russian and Ukrainian armies is raging these days, especially in eastern Ukraine, the Donbass.
In the center is the city of Sievjerodonetsk.
Russia has been encircling the area for weeks, and attacks from both the southern and northern axes are still being planned, according to British intelligence.
Large parts of the city are now said to be in Russian hands.
This military success was apparently paid for in terms of personnel and material losses.
Serhiy Hajday, governor of the Luhansk region, reported on Friday (June 10) that the Russian military is suffering heavy casualties every day.
"The Russians have significantly more casualties than the Ukrainians," says Hajdaj: "They are dying like flies."

However, he could not provide any information on Ukrainian losses, he explained.
In doing so, he addressed the very sparse data on Ukrainian losses.
However, Ukraine's Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov recently gave an insight: "Every day up to 100 of our soldiers are killed and up to 500 wounded." This was also confirmed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy: "Every day we lose 60 to 100 fallen soldiers and about 500 Wounded."

Still, statistics are scarce compared to Russian losses.
According to the Ukrainian General Staff, more than 31,900 soldiers have been killed since the end of February.
The British secret service, on the other hand, assumes around 20,000 dead armed forces on the Russian side.

Most recently, the Ukrainian general staff reported that Russian soldiers had apparently refused to continue fighting.
However, this is also information from a warring party.
