Tehran threatens:
Iran's aide to economic affairs president Muhsan Radai said today (Friday) that "if Israel makes a mistake, we will wipe it off the face of the earth."
According to quotes in the Iranian media, Radai said he hoped Israel would make a mistake and give Iran an excuse to erase it from the face of the earth.
Razai previously served as commander of the Revolutionary Guards for 16 years.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir 'Abd al-Lahian spoke by telephone with his Syrian counterpart Faisal al-Maqdad regarding the attack on Damascus International Airport.
The attack, it will be recalled, was attributed to Israel.
Al-Lahian condemned the "attacks by the Zionist entity on Syria."
He further stressed that "the continuation of the entity's attacks on Syria's infrastructure, including airports and ports, is not a violation against Syrian sovereignty alone, but an action that is contrary to all humanitarian and international laws."
