The celebrity headlines of the last few weeks have belonged to him and the trial of fellow actor and ex-wife Amber Heard.

Now Johnny Depp is coming to Munich.

Munich – It must have been a turbulent few weeks for actor Johnny Depp.

The trial of Amber Heard, his ex-wife and fellow actor, was held publicly and online.

Everyone could get an insight into the private life of the former couple, with some extremely private details.

Now the six-week process is over, especially in the eyes of the public, it ended with Depp's victory.

His next film offers will show the extent to which the actor has been rehabilitated – but first he is on stage.

Tollwood in Munich: Johnny Depp gives a concert with Jeff Beck

It's no secret that Johnny Depp has always dreamed more of a career as a rock star than a movie actor.

He now seems to be getting one step closer to fulfilling this wish: Depp recorded an album with legendary guitarist Jeff Beck and has already shared the stage with the 70-year-old musician in Great Britain.

The two superstars already collaborated in 2020 for the song "Isolation" from 2020. A whole album of the two is now to be released in July - just right for the summer Tollwood.

Because Beck and Depp will give a joint concert there, as the press department of the popular Munich cultural event announced on Friday, June 10th.

According to their own statements, Beck and Depp got to know each other in Tokyo, and a very close friendship developed, according to the Tollwood press release.

And it's actually not Depp's first appearance at the summer festival: in 2018 he already paid a visit to the music arena, together with Alice Cooper and Joe Perry.

So it will be his second time in 2022 - and after the hustle and bustle of the last few weeks it will probably also be a special experience for him and his fans.
