The Italian authorities found today the bodies of seven people who died in a helicopter crash two days ago near the northern Tuscany province.
"The helicopter crashed in a mountainous area on the border between the provinces of Tuscany and the Emilia-Romagna region," the media quoted the governor of Tuscany, Eugenio Gianni, as saying, noting that "rescue teams found the bodies of the dead."
The helicopter, carrying seven people, including four Turkish and Lebanese businessmen, who were heading to a paper mill, took off last Thursday from Lucca in Tuscany towards the northern city of Treviso when it disappeared from radar screens due to bad weather.
