Big anniversary: Birker guys let it rip for four days

This anniversary is something to be proud of: The Birker Burschen Unterhaching celebrate their 130th anniversary at the end of July with a big festival program for four days.
Unterhaching
- Cultivation of sociability and camaraderie as well as Bavarian customs - the boys are fully committed to this according to their statutes.
In the course of time, various events have therefore found their place in the life of the association.

In addition to the annual solstice celebration, this includes the traditional erection of the wedding tree, and above all the preparation, guarding and erection of the maypole.
This year, on the occasion of their day of honor, the Birker boys are expanding the list with a festival week on the Glonner Wiese on Oberweg in Unterhaching, where they want to set up a tent and celebrate their birthday from July 21st to 24th.

The program
A colorful program is planned: At the start on Thursday, the “3 men only with guitars” will perform from 5.30 p.m.
The Bavarian singer-songwriters and cabaret artists Keller Steff, Roland Hefter and Michi Dietmayr are known far beyond the Bavarian border On Friday, July 22nd, from 6 p.m., the fun continues: The show and party band "7 Promille" will be at a home game in the Munich area.
Their repertoire includes hits, oldies, rock classics, chart toppers, dance music, hard rock and house.
After the party, the boys open their hut and the bar continues.
Party on the following day too: On July 23rd, "NIRWANA" will rock the tent from 6 p.m. on the Glonner Wiese.

The big end of the festival week is the festival Sunday with a confetti party on July 24th.
After the tent service at 9.30 a.m. and the official ceremony with a small parade through Unterhaching, "Nachtstark", the cult band from the Munich Oktoberfest, gets everyone dancing again in the midst of confetti.
So that everyone can really come to the festival, you don't even need tickets for this day.
Advance sales for the remaining days have already begun.
