The police describe a BMW racer as "particularly ignorant": It thundered through a 120 km/h section at up to 186 things - and disregarded seven signs.

As reported by the police, officers of the Autobahn Police filmed a “particularly ignorant driver” with their video vehicle on the A9 between the Eisenberg and Droyßig junctions in the direction of Berlin.
The BMW driver from Serbia was not interested in the speed limit of 120 km/h in this section: the man sped past the other vehicles at up to 186 km/h.
Particularly bold: According to the officials, the speeder ignored a total of seven signs that pointed to the corresponding speed limit.

BMW driver races at 186 km / h through Tempo 120 section: "deliberate exceeding"
With this number of ignored speed limit signs, it is of course not easy to excuse yourself that you have overlooked the speed limit.
The officials therefore accused the Serbs of "deliberately exceeding the limit" - and it cost him dearly: he had to deposit a security deposit of 1,500 euros.
What many drivers don't know, by the way, is that speeders can face trouble not only on motorway sections where a speed limit applies: There is also the fact of "single racing" if a driver moves his car at "inappropriate speed, grossly contrary to traffic and recklessly". .
Recently, this passage in the law almost became the undoing of a Bugatti-Chiron driver who was speeding along the autobahn at 417 km/h – in a section with no speed limit.
Eventually, however, the case against the man was dropped.
