After a medical emergency: 26-year-old falls with a tractor in Loisach

On Sunday, a 26-year-old fell into the Loisach with his tractor.
According to the police, a medical emergency was the cause of the accident.
Penzberg/Bichl – Large-scale deployment of the rescue services on Sunday afternoon on the Loisach bridge on the state road between Penzberg and Bichl: Shortly before the bridge, a 26-year-old Iffeldorfer who was driving his tractor on the road suffered a medical emergency, the Penzberg police inspection reported afterwards .
The man lost control of his vehicle and went off the road to the left.
A 35-year-old from Benediktbeuern, who was coming towards him at that moment, was able to steer his car into the ditch at the last moment and thus avoid a worse collision.

The tractor bumped slightly against the Benediktbeurer's VW Golf before driving down the embankment to the Loisach.
The tractor half sank in the river.
The emergency services, who were immediately alerted, were able to rescue the tractor driver from the vehicle.
He was taken to the accident clinic in Murnau with minor injuries.
State road 2063 was closed for the duration of the accident recording and the rescue.
A recovery crane was used to pull the tractor out of the water, the police reported.
The Bichl volunteer fire brigade was on site with two vehicles and 18 emergency services, plus paramedics, lifeguards and an emergency doctor.
The Water Management Office set up an oil barrier as a preventative measure.
