About three and a half months ago, the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court rejected Olmert's request to have Netanyahu undergo a psychiatric examination together with his wife, Sarah Netanyahu, and their son, Yair Netanyahu.
Olmert wanted to hand over medical records in the field of mental health, sign a waiver of medical confidentiality and be examined by a psychiatrist on his behalf.
The Netanyahu family filed a defamation lawsuit in the amount of NIS 837,000 against Olmert, who called them "mentally ill" in interviews he gave.
At the end of the hearing no agreement was reached between the parties.
