Fifth Avenue in New York City once again had the colors of the Puerto Rican National Parade, which celebrated its 65th edition this Sunday, June 12.
The event, which is held annually but was paused for two years due to restrictions associated with the covid-19 pandemic, celebrates the culture of Puerto Rico and its contribution to the United States.
In the 2022 edition, several celebrities and political figures participated, among hundreds of people who marched along 5th Avenue from Calle 43 to Calle 79.
This is a count in images from some of its protagonists:
Nicky Jam, Latin Grammy-winning artist, designated as "king of the parade"

Long live Puerto Rico!
A little rain didn't stop the largest Puerto Rican population outside of La Isla del Encanto itself from taking the streets to show their pride!
